English antique Georgian cabochon marquis sapphire and diamond ring. The ring is 14K rose gold and measures 20 mm long and is a finger size of 6. The cabochon sapphire is framed by mine cut genuine diamonds. The ring has been inspected cleaned tightened and polished by our in house jeweler .
