14K yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring. The ring is bezel set center with a good blue genuine sapphire measuring 7 x 6 mm. The stone is framed by four collet set diamonds (four .03 points each) for a total of .12 diamonds. The diamonds are held by winged pixies on each side. The band measures 13/16" wide by 1/2" and weighs 3.7 dwts. Yellow gold weight of 5.8 grams. The ring is currently a finger size of 7 and can be custom sized by our in house jeweler.
