Early French Bronze reliquary frame with original glass crystal insert . The frame is flanked by two saints or apostles a winged angel rests center . The frame measures 4 3/8” long by 3 3/8” wide and is 5/8” deep. The back removes to insert . We date the frame circa 1840-60 possibly earlier but we feel safe with that timeline .
