English cabochon garnet necklace. The necklace while produced int he Victorian style is a contemporary piece. The necklace is center set with a large dark red cabochon garnet measuring 10 x 14mm long with a projection of 7mm. The pendant exclusive of drop measures 20mm x 25mm long equals 3/4" wide by 1" long projection of 1/2". The pear cabochon pendant measures 5mm wide by 8mm long. The necklace measures 18" long and is handcrafted with solid gold soldered links. The necklace has a barrel clasp with side safety snap for added security. The necklace weighs 10.8 grams.
