Antique hand painted miniature portrait Austrian Royal. The miniature measures 3 1/2" long by 2 3/4" wide. Framed the piece measures 5 3/4" by 4 1/2" wide and has a projection of 3/4. The miniature can be hung or stand on the attached easel. The painting is signed on ivory although I cannot make the signature out. The miniature is beautifully framed behind glass in an ormolu mount. We date the piece circa 1880-1900.
