Silver plate dual covered buffet server. The server measures 9 1/2" wide by 6" deep and is 4" tall to the top of finial. The server is English hallmarked on the base, silver over copper with a gadrooned edge trim. The inserts are crystal dishes with a star pattern on the base. The inserts remove to wash. The server would be great for appetizers. The silver plate is 95% with no loss. The inserts and covered trays are in excellent condition. This is a recent find from a St. Louis estate. We date the server to circa 1920.
